Hani Dallah was born in the city of Heet - Iraq in 1969. He obtained a diploma from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad in 1990. In 2004, he received a scholarship to study art and antiquities from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts in Poland. Since 2005, he has presented 12 personal exhibitions in several countries around the world, Japan, Poland, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon, In addition to many posts and artistic awards in several countries.

Iraqi artist Hani Dallah continues to test a set of techniques and artistic elements that have historically preoccupied him in the context of his artistic experience, including palm trees, women and human faces. He used this experience to portray a woman who represents anger and love simultaneously, depicting the essence of life with her real and imaginary existence. Dallah uses a set of artistic that by work on the element of women and their manifestations in artwork; she appears alone sometimes, while at other times she emerges as part of a united and overlapping group to form a human fabric based on the whole.
